Beide Bilder sind unversehrt angekommen und haben bei der Beschenkten Fassungslosigkeit ausgelöst.

„Leda mit dem Schwan“ war seit einiger Zeit Gesprächsmittelpunkt, ging es um Malerei. Allerdings war nicht anzunehmen, einmal eine Kopie in Originalgröße und dieser Qualität zu besitzen.

 â€žDer arme Poet“ war für mein eigenes Arbeitszimmer bestimmt, hatte aber auch so gut gefallen, dass ich auch dieses nicht behalten konnte und mir einen neuen Spitzweg aussuchen werde.
